A sriracha-style hot sauce, made with Calabrian chilli, rice vinegar, garlic and rice koji.
Rice koji, the same koji that starts the fermentation of miso and soy sauce, gives the sauce a rounded base beneath the heat.
On ramen and stir-fried noodles, eggs, grills, tacos and pizza; mixed with mayonnaise it becomes a spicy mayo. It is made and packed in Italy, in a 500 ml PET bottle.
