Ingredients
- 1.2 kg pork ribs, in one rack
- 3 tbsp UMAMI Teriyaki BBQ Rub
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- 01
Remove the thin membrane from the bone side. Rub the ribs with the oil and massage the rub into all sides.
- 02
Leave them to take on the flavour for at least 30 minutes; for a deeper flavour, wrap them in cling film and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
- 03
Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Put the ribs in a roasting tin, cover with foil and cook for 2 hours, until the meat comes away easily from the bone.
- 04
Uncover and transfer the ribs to the barbecue or under the grill for 10 minutes, turning them, until a dark crust forms.
- 05
Leave to rest for 5 minutes and cut between the bones.
